Liked: Location was right in town, very central! Rooms were very clean, beds very comfy. We only booked the day before & had very helpful responsive staff. Perfect base for Queenstown.

Liked: Comfy beds, and a nice view.
Disliked: I found the check-in experience very frustrating. We arrived at 1:00 pm; they were supposed to be there at reception from 9-4, but were already gone (it was a holiday, but they didn't tell us ahead of time). There was a note telling us how to get into our room, but the instructions about parking were very confusing. There were many warnings about "failure to park in your assigned spot leads to fines" but we were not given an assigned spot, just told to park in the parking garage. I assumed (incorrectly) that there were assigned spots there, given all the language used. But there wasn't; you just park anywhere. At any rate, having no one there, having no quick answer to emails or WhatsApp questions, and unclear instructions made for a very frustrating check-in.

Disliked: price , confusion over the way booking dot com laid it out thought it was in NZD but was in euros instead which didnt help as from UK !!
