A luxurious stay with helpful...

Liked: Centrally located, but not on the main strip so not too loud. Nice room with a nice view, lovely staff
Disliked: There was a building site across the road, but didn’t really obstruct the view at all

Great value & location. Amazing...

Liked: Staff professional & friendly. The location is easily accessible from town. We walked to all areas of Queenstown centre from our room. The view of the lake and the gardens was incredible. All of the amenities that you need. Good size wardrobe. Good size bathroom & kitchenette. King size bed & pillows were comfortable
Disliked: The only downside, and you could only hear at night when quiet, was you could hear the creaking from above if people were walking around their rooms.

Liked: This property was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Very short walk into town and staff were super lovely and helpful. One of the best places we’ve stayed in Queenstown and will stay again!

Best value for money accommodation...

Liked: The room was clean and had everything I needed. The mini bar fridge allowed me to store a few drinks and snack, the kitchenette was well equipped although I didn’t really need to use it. The central location saw me walk down to the waterfront every night and enjoy a lovely meal.Bathroom was modern with good water pressure and a heater for those chilli mornings. A had a lake view room with a balcony so made the most of it but enjoying a sunset drink out there most evenings, but was lovely just to be able to air out the room every day. Ideal accommodation for a solo traveller or couple.
Disliked: Nothing!!
