Terrible Cleanness Issues everywhere Jacuzzi...

Liked: location Yorkshire Tea in roomNight manager very professional
Disliked: Room was not clean many stains on carpets kitchen was nasty disses not clean trip hazard in bathroomJacuzzi didn't work made a noise like a tractor. Informed the gentleman who checked me in and he said he would check the system and look into it he did nothing and went home.Informed the night manager who was very professional but there was nothing he could do at this timespoke to a lady in the morning who is a manager and she said some don't work so we advertise as a bath with a photo of a Jacuzzi and it says on booking, com and she apologized about the cleanliness. Checked booking.com says no mention of a Jacuzzi not working but it does say bath with a photo of a Jacuzzi when you click on the room.Still incomplete disbelief when i got home i decided to call the hotel and confirm about the Jacuzzi and was told the same thing.I only stayed there because of the Jacuzzi as i don't live far from hotelplaces like this give Liverpool a bad reputation I am very disappointed PLEASE AVOID ESPECIALLY IF FROM OVERSEAS

The best stay!

Liked: Hotel was perfect, managed to get an upgrade and it was a huge amazing room. It was a surprise for my partners birthday and he was more than happy with it.Everything was clean, good location, everything worked, smart tv, comfy beds, lovely view out the window, we were offered a place to keep our luggage too.Read some bad reviews about this hotel before we came so I was slightly worried but we genuinely couldn’t asked for anything more. The staff went above and beyond for us I don’t say a single bad word about them, so lovely, welcoming and funny. If Neil’s manager is reading this review make sure to give that man a pay rise, he’s absolutely spot on and had so much time for us we couldn’t fault him. All the staff we saw had chats with us and were lovely.

Staff lovely but wouldn’t stay...

Liked: Staff rung earlier in the day to offer early check in
Disliked: Beds so uncomfortable, barely slept. When sitting on them you can feel the base of the bed because the mattresses were so thin. Wanted a bottle of water and couldn’t get one from hotel had to use hotel next door

Awful, no sleep.

Liked: The location
Disliked: Awful stay. Hotel desperately needs refurbing. We took our one year old and this is no hotel to take a baby. The bathroom was covered in black mould. The other people on our floor were partying until 3/4am in the morning. When we told the hotel staff they just said next time tell us that you’ve got a family and we’ll put you somewhere quieter (the room booking had an infant in it).We will never stay again and would not recommend this hotel. Do not stay if you are travelling with children!
