Liked: Location, was great, next door to James St Station.Room was massive, 2 double beds plus 2 3 seater settees, Jacuzzi bath and fully fitted kitichen.
Disliked: Breakfast finished serving at 10:00No bar or restaurant service in the evening.

Liked: Staff were friendly, attentive and very professional. Can't fault the staff at all. The location is great, right by the train station and close to Albert dock. There's also a Tesco express close.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the first room we were given was not great. The view was beautiful, however, the windows had mould on them, the bathroom had a distinct smell of urine, with mold on the walls, the bed frame was all torn and shabby. We asked if we could change rooms as I felt it wasn't up to the 4* standard I had expected when making the reservation. The second room was much better, no smells and a lot cleaner. There seemed to be a problem with the extractor fan in the bathroom, which had caused some black condensation mould on the walls, other than that, it was okay. I have stayed in this hotel before and have never had issues like this. I understand it's an old building and it has a rustic theme, however I believe the first room definitely was not 4 star as advertised.

Disliked: Rooms never cleaned, kitchen not equipped, bath drains in hours, no bin in bathroom and no toilet brush, beds vera uncomfortable with no fitted sheets, central heating didn't work so they gave us 2 small fan heaters!! No phone in room to call reception so we had to keep going up and down to ask for missing things but the staff is aware about the situation!!
