This is my favorite hotel...

Liked: The hotel is very central and easy to walk to the gondola and lots of restaurants.They also have the best hot tub in Tahoe.
Disliked: The room we had the fridge froze all of our stuff.

While I did not have...

Liked: I stay at 3 Peaks because the rooms are generally clean and budget-friendly, the Heavenly Village is a short walk away, and the hot tub is amazing.
Disliked: I have been staying at 3 Peaks for several years now. I was disappointed with a couple things this most recent stay: while I’m aware that the property is dog friendly, the amount of dog hair that I found on the carpet, floor and on the bed sheets was unacceptable (room 17A). I inquired about the laundry facilities with the front desk, but was not informed that the dryer was not working, nor was there any notice or signage advising that it was out of order. After washing my load, and wasting $1 to find the dryer would not start, I had to hang dry my clothes in the hotel room. I also saw some questionable black mold around both window sills in the room and bathroom.

Liked: Location is close to the beach
Disliked: The staff particularly the front desk, not friendly and they condescending. The parking is crazy. not ample space.The coffee maker in the room is nasty.The noice from the AC is annoying.The noise from my cousin room is terrible. We stayed for 3 nights and he was not able to sleep. If I can put a video here you will know how terrible it is. we tried to complain about it but they were saying they cannot do anything about it. They also keep insisting we booked through a third. The management needs to train their people about how to communicate with their clients.
