Very good accomodation

Convenient and pleasant

Liked: Location, size of room, comfort of the beds and pillows
Disliked: The curtain rod was broken so the curtain did not cover the window.

Good

Liked: Near to city center. Good if you have car.
Disliked: Nothing.

A positive experience on balance

Liked: Warm, Comfy, easy check in/out.Rooms were clean and spacious
Disliked: Was a bit further away from the transport links than realised

Don't use the bath

Liked: The room was big and warm
Disliked: The bath didn't have enough hot water to use then flooded the bathroom when i emptied it. It took hours for the water to go down. There was no staff so i had to contact the hotel next door and the man was very helpful.

Good breakfast & lovely staff!

Liked: The staff were amazing, the breakfast box they left me was incredible.Very easy check in, very easy check out.Loved that the sauna was still running even though I got there quite late.
Disliked: My room was a little outdated in terms of decoration.Even though I was on the same floor as the gym/sauna I found it hard to find them because the signage wasn't clear and I had to walk around the entire floor to get from my room to the sauna.Not as easy to get to as I thought without booking a taxi.

Superb

Liked: Location was great for us as it wasn't far from the train & tram station. Staff spoke excellent English and had a very smooth check-in & out process. Breakfast was excellent!
Disliked: The room fridge could get quite loud. As we didn't need it we simply unplugged it.
