Excellent stay!

Liked: The hotel was clean, spacious, and had a large, comfy bed. Lovely-smelling toiletries and smooth check-in/out with friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Exceptional

Liked: Location was perfect for us, right outside bus station and easy to get to city centre and beyond. Welcoming entrance, all staff were excellent. Looked after our luggage as we arrived before check-in time. Room at front was lovely, clean and warm. Bar facilties great, as was staff. Continental breakfast, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, bread, toaster, croissants, bagals, cheese, cold meat, tea, coffee, juices, was all we needed. Overall a fabulous relaxing hotel. Would highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Liked: Everything was perfect. Would defo stay again. They organised a card and chocolates for us to celebrate our anniversary which was a lovely touch. We had a gorgeous view from our bedroom window. Loved the bathroom toiletries too. They had board games available too
Disliked: Loved it all.

Amazing location and cosy hotel

Liked: Such a lovely and cosy place. We even got left some complimentary items in our room as we were celebrating an occasion over the Christmas period which was such a lovely touch to the room. Staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Only downside was that we couldn’t leave our luggage at the desk on departure day.

Liked: It's a lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are great and breakfast is worth it with a good selection including porridge
Disliked: Only that my second night was spoiled by disruptive guests in room next door. Not the fault of staff. However, I couldn't report it as no one on reception later at night..
