Lovely spot, great rooms and...

Liked: Lovely place, I usually stay here when coming to Brighton. Great facilities and lovely small touches like having coffee and tea with biscuits in the room, and perfect location for touristing around Brighton, staying close enough to everything but in a super quiet area. I love it.

I like the place because...

Liked: Convenient to the hospital, where I did my work.
Disliked: The bed was not to comfortable for me

Liked: The location is perfect. It is near to local shops and bus stops.

Great for solo travellers

Liked: Such a lovely little room. Really nicely decorated, super comfy bed and pillows. Great use of the space. I had a single room with a private ensuite and it was really good value for money. I didn't realise they also have a space for working during the day so I will definitely be back!
Disliked: It was great, no complaints

A most enjoyable and relaxing...

Liked: A super breakfast, lovely, welcoming and helpful staff, convenient location, everything was spotlessly clean and felt very relaxing. I have no hesitation recommending No 27.
Disliked: Everything was great except the bed wasn't as comfortable as the one in the room I stayed in during my previous visit. Other than that it's pretty perfect!

Exceptional

Very nice guesthouse, very comfortable...

Liked: Breakfast was great, always with fresh fruit and yogurt, plus cooked breakfast on demand. The bedroom is small, but very comfortable and clean. The small en-suite bathroom is also very neat and clean. In the bedroom there is a small fridge with fresh milk and chilled water. This house has clearly been modernised to a high-standard. A variety of teas and coffee capsules were available for use in the room. The host was always contactable for anything, and it was easy to organize details just before and during my stay. He made me feel very welcome in his lovely house.
Disliked: The location near a busy corner can be noisy, although the double glazed windows isolate well from excessive noise

Liked: Location is excellent. Code entry makes it easy to come and go as you please. Choice of teas in the room.
Disliked: Would be nice to have breakfast at the property but there were plenty of cafes close by.
