Liked: Room is big and clean. Reception staff is very friendly and nice.
Disliked: No kettle in the room and the light is not bright enough.

Liked: This is a quirky property that has surprises around every corner. It was a real experience staying here and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Close to the railway station, shopping and restaurants. We had the pleasure of being upgraded to a larger room and the shower in the room was the best we had had over our 3 weeks away.

Comfortable stay in a great...

Liked: Very well equipped rooms, with comfortable beds, friendly and accommodating staff, great restaurant downstairs. Great location in Zurich, walkable to city center. All in all a really pleasant stay.
Disliked: The room I was staying in was a bit small, especially when you added quite a big dog bed, that the hotel kindly provided for my pet. My parents stayed in a similar room and with two suitcases they were also struggling. The daily parking fee is quite expensive, so in the end we found another solution. We also didn't try the breakfast, as it was quite expensive per person, and we do not eat much in the morning.
