Liked: Location is good. Staff are nice. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious. Bed was nice and clean. Doors and safety box were sturdy and secure.
Disliked: 1) Bathrooms do not have a proper fan and there is not proper ventilation in the room. This needs to be improved as the rooms are smelly after each bathroom use.2) Restaurant's food quality is not good enough and needs to be improved. Especially considering the price, it is not worth it.3) Please add more staff to the reception desk. 1 person cannot handle 4 guests and there was always a line up.4) All the rooms are so dark and the lights are not enough and brightness level is not good. Add proper lighting to the rooms.5) Metal floating shelves with sharp edges are very dangerous and some of the guests in our group hit their heads. It is a safety concern for shorter people. Make sure you use corner guards.6) TV and phones in the rooms are not working properly and needed service from the technician multiple times7) The gift shop on the lobby floor was so expensive and no one was there to answer questions about the product pricing and availability
