Great hotel, cool vibe and...

Liked: Very quirky and good area
Disliked: One of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in but apart from that everything was amazing

Liked: Beautifully decorated, excellent bed, nice staff, free coffee downstairs, lots of things to do in and around the hotel

Liked: Common relaxing spaces. Deco of the hotel. Location.
Disliked: No cleaning service we thought was a bit of a cop out. We have stayed in many green hotels and have never had no room service. When asked about it at check in the staff was quite rude about it. When complained it was told that the information was known when booking however I went back to check and did not see this information. When on holiday I like to have the room serviced. I don’t want to have to think about making the bed or having to clean or ask for coffee refills. Also no water refilling seems strange. Instead you have to refill by yourself downstairs. Again just a pain when on holiday I didn’t want to think about admin things. Pitty about the room service, staff on arrival. Lovely hotel but would not stay again.

Liked: Amazing hotel, stylish, cool, fun, quirky, loved to decor. Very comfortable bed and good size room, very clean, reception staff were superb, our room was ready early too, location great. The mini bar with very little in to be honest, was complimentary but still a nice touch. Reception gave us some water and chocolate before bed one night as we ate it all night 1.
Disliked: TV didn't work, no clean towels or bed made for the 2 nights we stayed, I just assumed there would be housekeeping each day. Lobby bar staff could be friendlier. The hotel menu states food can be ordered until 11.30pm. We tried at 11.10pm to be told, "we are not doing it anymore", this is poor. Same with the Rendezvous bar, we were told there were no snacks available. So we got Burger King and bought it into the bar to eat!
