The staff were animated and...

Liked: The location was perfect, just a 20 minute walk from the train-station, and so much to see nearby.The hotel has many quirky, creative, and enjoyable design elements, and was a great base from which to explore Hamburg.
Disliked: 1. Shower water pressure was quite weak.2. Shower was quite small.3. Bathroom sink did not drain properly, even after I mentioned this problem to the maid and the front-desk.

Liked: the location is nice, staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The interior is so gimmicky and unaesthetic, but I could have seen that on the photos so it’s not the hotel’s fault.

OK. Better options close by

Liked: In this trip I only stayed one night and was somewhat pressed for time. Check in took almost 30 minutes. Only one staff member and a huge queue of guests

A very cool base to...

Liked: The location was excellent, the room was cosy and stylish. Breakfast was perfect and in the evening the bar was beautiful, great drinks with a lovely laid back atmosphere to round off a day of visiting local attractions

I recommend the hotel!

Liked: Friendly personnel, amazing breakfast, comfortable bed, wonderful sight from the room window to the harbour.
Disliked: Light concept, it was too dark as well as the mirror in the bathroom was too far away so I could not see properly while making up.
