Liked: I can't fault the room; it was large, nicely decorated, and clean.
Disliked: The A/C wasn't working during my stay, and at times, the thermostat in the room showed temperatures in the 90s. Being on the ground floor, only a few feet from a main road, I didn't like having the window open at night or during the day while I was out.

Liked: Liked shower, pillows and location.
Disliked: Studio ia not like a studio apartment. it is a regular hotel room with mini fridge and coffee maker.No cleaning services unless you stay a week. Not even a paper cup or drinking glass or bottle of water in the studio room.Staff said they would bring items needed but never did. promisi g seemed to be easy.

Make sure your bed there...

Liked: The only good thing was the location. You will wake up every morning with new bed bug bite!
Disliked: 1- cleaning is good but not very deep. They only clean the room every 7 days for extended stays. 2- Every morning my legs are irritated and stung by bed bugs/mites. 3- kitchen is old and the water tap is broken! The bathroom is old too. 4- And most importantly, the duty manager when I checked out was very rude and not professional. He interrupted my conversation with the receptionist, without asking for his help, he rudely told me to bring luggages because it’s not their job (without asking for his help, I was just asking for possibilities to store my items not to carry them). I insisted on speaking with the receptionist I was talking to, but he refused saying that he is the “manager” and I should talk to him only. He refused letting me deal with the other lady, he was very rude, street style arguing, ill-mannered and unprofessional duty manager (the guy with lots of braids). How come a company hire a “manager” that disrespects guests and unable to manage a simple situation!
