Liked: The experience was good for my stay. The staffing had great customer service and the property was very well maintained. The location of the hotel was great as it relates to accessing different venues around the downtown area.
Disliked: The only issue I had with your property was dealing with my reservation. I reserved a corner king (the one with the sofa) back in March. I reached out to the hotel staff and made a special request to be placed on a lower floor. The request was honored for the corner king and I should have been placed on the 3rd floor. Once we arrived at the property I was not place on the 3rd floor but placed on the 9th floor instead. I did not receive the room I reserved but was given a regular deluxe king room which was smaller. Once I contacted the front desk I was told that there is no guarantee that I would receive the room I actually wanted because a corner king room has different layouts. On Booking.com it clearly shows the different rooms along with pictures so that you can reserve the exact room that you want. I had no choice but to keep the room because I was told that it was too late to make any changes.

Liked: The room was clean and very close to our venue.
Disliked: Took my credit card for incidentals, and then when I didn't use any incidental charged me an additional fee for sustainability? Whatever that is! We even tidied up the room before we left. I find that kind of fee to be very shady!! The room also was seemingly small because it was over crowded with tables making it hard to get around in.
