Overall amazing hotel!

Liked: They have a coffee house, restaurant, game room, and pool!
Disliked: Location, and that you need to pay for parking, (over $500 for a 3 night stay, and parking is $45, that’s an extra $135. Even $20 a night would be better.)

Liked: The art exhibit was very nice, it was clean, most of the staff was very nice, the valet was very quick
Disliked: The only option is to valet in a part of the city where there is nowhere to walk to, there are no close restaurants besides the one in the hotel which is expensive and small and fills up fast, my room was downgraded from the one I paid for online and I was compensated with a free shot of whiskey (I cannot drink for health reasons), the lobby was incredibly loud and I had difficulty hearing the staff who were being very nice speaking to me, the elevator is a bit complicated to figure out, my shower had a leak which was very loud, the window shade is the only way to block light from the window and the remote to control it is difficult to locate, the floor space in the room is small, for as expensive as the hotel is it should have a smart tv, the phone to call the lobby is incredibly complicated and somehow connected to the alarm clock with no instructions, there should be room service available if the one restaurant in the hotel is your only food option, the bed was not comfortable, it is very inconvenient to have your car be valeted if you need something from it, my shower was out of body wash so I had to use hand soap to bathe, if the bathroom floor gets wet at all it stays wet
