Disliked: Upon arrival, everything initially seemed fine, but after checking in, I found multiple issues with the room. Basic supplies were missing—there were no coffee cups, only lids, and no toilet paper was provided. Additionally, the room had not been properly cleaned, as there was trash left in the bins and even clothing from a previous guest. This level of cleanliness and service is entirely unacceptable.Beyond these issues, I was also overcharged by the hotel despite having prepaid for my stay online. After paying the deposit, I was unexpectedly charged an additional two hundred dollars, which was never disclosed to me. When I contacted customer service, the hotel falsely claimed this charge was for parking fees, even though I did not bring a car to the property.

Started off relaxing, but ended...
Liked: Hotel is beautiful. Kevin and the tall guy were very helpful. Rooms are so beautiful. Bathroom was clean. Shower is beautiful. My tv in the room was broken. The maintenance man that came up was very helpful. He got us situated in another room fast. I was told I would get money off for the inconvenience, but I haven’t seen it yet. I’m giving it a couple days with it being a weekend. Only bad experience is my car being towed while on a “secured” lot. I was told by the valid manger that one of the gates are broken due to someone breaking it. The lot isn’t secure if the gate is open for anyone to get into…right? That’s my only complaint. I stayed for a home away from home relaxing night and I got just that once I was in another room with a working tv. We left hours early due to the event in valid. I’d love to visit again so I could get a chance to experience the hotel art and amenities. We didn’t have the chance to see anything that morning as planned…
