Liked: I loved the art museum design. I really felt like staying in a museum. I also loved the free, reusable bottled water.

Liked: It was a nice hotel- great art and staff friendly and nice. My only complaint is that the rug in my room 804- needed to be replaced. It was worn out and dirty- an easy swap - and needed.
Disliked: nothing- all good

Liked: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. 21c had great dinner and breakfast at the Counting House right downstairs. It was a good value for lodging right downtown.
Disliked: The coffee maker was extremely noisy and the coffee - condiments weren't very good.

Disliked: The breakfast was not as good as I hoped for and over priced.. French toast was burnt. They gave you a voucher for $35.00 and the meal was $70 dollars. .. for breakfast that is crazy and we didn't order anything extraordinary.

Liked: Most of the staff were friendly seemed willing to try to be helpful.
Disliked: Elevator operation and maintenance problems. Room was very small, outdated, not maintained well. Nespresso machine didn’t work well. Wanted spa services to add to celebration of my husband’s birthday. Was informed that it would be impossible to have spa services as I hadn’t scheduled a week prior to arrival. This trip was supposed to be a special chance for my spouse to unwind and celebrate his birthday. The poor accommodations and lack of what was billed as four-star service ruined the special weekend I wanted for him.
