The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I loved the valet parking and the location was downtown so we could walk to everything. The hotel had so much stye and culture. I loved that it was open to view 24 hours.

Liked: Staff; parking; convenience; style.
Disliked: The coffee pot and room amenities.

Disliked: App changed my check in date. Hotel refused to reimburse and would only change checking date by 24 hrs. I would not accept that. I then canceled the charge via visa. I will not stay with them in the future.

Liked: Convenience to the concert venue. Restaurant was very good.
Disliked: Needed a bigger bar for post concert drinks!

Loved Metropole Restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Loved the "museum concept" on the two first floors.

Liked: Loved the bathroom! Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Room was small. Needed an armchair as well as a desk chair.

Disliked: No trash can in room. Someone delivered a small recycling bin inside our room hours later despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Upon seeing this when we returned to our room, we had to thoroughly check our luggage to make sure that no valuables were missing. Ragged dingy robe in bathroom with long blonde hair around neck. Shower head was unbalanced and could not rotate to fix problem.

Liked: I like the soap amenities & the staff was excellent. The room was not very clean; however, that is my only issue
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room.

Great location!

Liked: The museum at the hotel was very authentic but the hotel overall seems worm out and not at the level you would expect for this type of hotel. We did have breakfast in the Metropole and it was excellent!
Disliked: Our room, which was a very large suite, did not have attention to detail. Missing lights in the lamps, a refrig that did not work, one tiny garbage can in the entire space.
