The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I loved the valet parking and the location was downtown so we could walk to everything. The hotel had so much stye and culture. I loved that it was open to view 24 hours.
Liked: Staff; parking; convenience; style.
Disliked: The coffee pot and room amenities.

Disliked: App changed my check in date. Hotel refused to reimburse and would only change checking date by 24 hrs. I would not accept that. I then canceled the charge via visa. I will not stay with them in the future.

Liked: Convenience to the concert venue. Restaurant was very good.
Disliked: Needed a bigger bar for post concert drinks!

Loved Metropole Restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Loved the "museum concept" on the two first floors.
Liked: Loved the bathroom! Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Room was small. Needed an armchair as well as a desk chair.

Underwhelming stay at 21c
Liked: We usually love 21C. Great location, good restaurant & usually worth the value.
Disliked: The room was noisy at night- sounded like some pipes expanding and contracting. We asked the front desk to check it out, and while the noise was not as irritating, we could still hear it throughout the second night. The beds were quite uncomfortable, our room was only cleaned once during the whole weekend. Valet took about 45mins to get our car every day (crazy!!). We visited during Blink and since the hotel is right downtown, it was difficult to navigate our way to it in the evening (we ended up driving an extra hour to make our way around). The hotel staff didn’t seem to care much about the inconvenience (the answer was to pretty much figure it out). It’s a shame because we loved it a few years ago when we visited.

Nice people, but not well...
Liked: The location.
Disliked: Needed to ask multiple times to repair coffee maker. Trash not emptied. Washclothes not replaced. Towels had holes. Expected the hotel to have laundry service.

Liked: I liked the the museum and how cool that was.
Disliked: We requested ice and a roll away bed, 2 hours later I had to go back down to the front desk and ask for it again. It was very late, or early in the morning if you will. The gentleman that brought me the ice, he was very rude and said he was the only one working and it will take awhile. We eventually got the roll away bed.Also when I checked out, I was charged $200.00 more dollars than was quoted to me. Then I was told I booked a deluxe room, but only got the luxury room, so they pretty much told me I was being overcharged.

Not worth the money
Liked: Location
Disliked: The response of management was lacking to my room not being cleaned and things broken in my room fridge had rotting milk in crevasse, phone head set was broke, shampoo dispensary broken didnt notice until i was in the shower , ripped pillowcases and sheets, sticky white substance on remote, dust everywhere in room ,rooted wood from water by iron, so much uncleaned, faucet leaked all night and didnt drain in morning,very unprofessional staff dress code as well.

Great location!
Disliked: Check out was not smoothe. Requested email receipt did not receive. Valet service at checkout was slow. Car was delivered to hotel but no one around to provide car keys so I could leave.
