Liked: We like the location and creepy art. Valet guys were the friendliest/most helpful.
Disliked: The cologne or cleaner smell in the lobby was extremely strong making breathing rough. The mattress was Hard, but great pillows. $200 fee for damages was held, no problem, except we weren't told up front about it so it came as a surprise. There's nothing in the room suggesting places to go or eat, not even a pen or letterhead tablet to be found. It's very loud outside at night and the windows/walls are thin, I suggest a fan or ear plugs for sleeping. Also, nothing fits in the fridge.

Liked: I really enjoyed being in a hotel with an associated museum. I spent an hour or two just enjoying the art. The location worked well for us. We were able to walk around downtown and Navy pier. We had breakfast at the adjoning restaurant one day and it was quite good.
