Good
Liked: The location was excellent! The facility itself was beautiful!
Disliked: For $870/night the breakfast included was underwhelming. Both mornings the coffee carafe was empty & I had to ask for it to be replenished. Some of the pastries were stale. With 2 staff at the desk I think the breakfast service was poor.

Nantucket is a great place...
Liked: Location was great. Very walkable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Outside patio and front porch rocking chairs inviting
Disliked: The room smelled very musty. Mold on wall in shower. The bed was very uncomfortable. They missed room service one day

all-in-all we had a positive...
Liked: The location is absolutely the best, in the town center and a short walk from the ferry. The staff was very helpful. The complimentary water/coffee stations were great. Even though the hotel has no parking of its own there are always spots nearby.
Disliked: Breakfast was very modest; the noise level was as expected in a building like that - pretty high; the A/C was impossible to manage on our own; the room was pretty cold, especially due to its small size in combination with the fan strength
