Excellent for a short stay

Liked: Very satisfactory stay. Got the small Surry room, but it was better than expected. Aircon worked well. Shower was a bit fiddly. Breakfast range is small, yet why need more. Next visit to Sydney, will definitely stay again.
Disliked: Toiletries not in the room. Needed to ask separately which I found only as I was checking out.

Disliked: There was a loud humming sound in the room all night. We couldn't locate the source to try and fix it. A free bottle of water in the room would have been good. The hot water jug doesn't have a convenient power point to plug into The floor of the room could do with a deeper clean

Great hotel- friendly staff and...

Liked: The location is perfect and an easy walking distance to many places in Sydney and right next to central station. The staff were so lovely and really natural. You could tell they really cared about making your stay fantastic. The room was small but beautifully decorated. The hotel was also beautifully decorated and there were lots of lovely places to sit and relax with a glass of wine. Complimentary supper was a lovely bonus.
