Enjoyable stay at 201 Lake...

Liked: 201 Lake Street is in a good location, a short walk along the esplanade into the Cairns CBD. The two bedroom apartment was very good, we'll equipped and comfortable. The pool was actually cool & refreshing as it gets shade, unlike some other accommodation pools which were in full sun and were like a warm bath. Have been staying here for nearly twenty years, the caretakers are very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.
Disliked: The carpark access driveway is steep but manageable.

Liked: Such a clean property! Perfect location of walking distance to the heart of town but far enough away to be quiet.
Disliked: Nothing at all, it was perfect.

Disliked: Room needed a good cleanStains on sheetsRemote control didn't work properly Could smell mould in the room, wondered why they had two plug-in air fresheners on,which were extremely strong. We are not smokers,however, we could still smell it in the room coming from other rooms.

Disliked: Smelled awful, air con unit so loud. Vents dirty and full of grunge. Room smelt I think from no fresh sir snd the dirty vents. Self contained barely. There was an egg flip but no fry pan.
