A great pit stop on...

Liked: Beautiful old historic building in a great location for wandering into town. The staff were lovely.

Lovely older inn.

Liked: The inn offered complementary wine and cheese in the evening, and breakfast in the morning. Both offering were very nice quality, not the basic cheap option from chain hotels. It has a nice sitting room with fire place and a breakfast area in the library. Plenty of complementary parking, and was only two blocks from the main pedestrian mall.
Disliked: They are much older buildings, still with original hardwood flooring so expect some squeaking in the night as you walk around. Also, there is no elevator.

Disliked: Proximity to the railroad tracks isn’t highlighted and it woke me several times in the night. Also the heater in room 12 is enormous and extremely noisy. Between that and the train it was a very bad sleep

Liked: Beautiful and great location. Our room was so nice - bed so comfortable. We were only there 1 night but we will be back!

Liked: This is a great inn - close to downtown and convenient to all the surrounding areas. Fabulous continental breakfast and very nice wine and cheese offering in the late afternoon to enjoy on the massive porch. Very clean and very friendly staff on hand. And the homemade chocolate chip cookies!!
