Getting old

Liked: Location is great. Room is spacious and the pictures were accurate.
Disliked: Lots of small breaks around showing the room is too old,including the phone so couldnt call the reception. Staff was kind but not the most helpful, appeared untrained. Issues with housekeeping trying the door before checkout. From the ground flood, you could smell the toilets which are located one floor down.

Great! Highly recommended.

Liked: The location was excellent and our room size was fantastic for Paris and for 2 people.
Disliked: The lift could use some updating.

Comfortable!

Liked: Inside the room’s design was nice. The restaurant downstairs was really good, too.
Disliked: Daily selection was not as expected. The same everyday. Lots of bread/pastries, fruits, cheese and deli meats.

Beware of hotel over charging...

Liked: It was a interesting concept (Peruvian Inca) design but did not suit Paris.
Disliked: Charging me 65 euros over two weeks after I checked out. After writing them on November 8,2024 to ask why I was being charged they told me their system was hacked. Well I have not heard a word from them since. They ignore my messages when I do write.
