Disliked: Parking was terrible. Rooms were so outdated-AC unit was loud.

Old hotel in middle of...

Liked: Front desk employees were all very friendly. Great location in middle of town.
Disliked: Parking. Park in a lot and get a shuttle. Very inconvenient but, there is absolutely no parking near hotel

Good location, but don’t expect...

Liked: It was quaint, quirky and in a good location.
Disliked: Elevator, parking, room and facilities were very lacking and run down. Price of the room did not reflect the condition of the hotel and the room.

The Basin was a lovely...

Liked: The restaurant menu was limited but food was very good.The shuttle service was a wonderful perk.Activities were limited & seemed under-prepared.The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the shuttle drivers.Location was outstanding!
Disliked: Our room was much smaller than represented on website.There were multiple extra charges at checkout that seemed redundant and poorly explained. The a/c smelled strongly of mildew. An air cleaner was provided while we were out but it didn't help much. The TV never did work.
