Friendly staff, excellent location

Liked: Nicely decorated, clean property in an excellent location. But what made our stay 10/10 was the staff’s exceptional attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. Special shout out to João, Hugo, and Angelino!

Liked: The location was perfect and the room was so cozy and comfortable. Most outstanding were the hosts. Angelo, Hugo, and Joao were welcoming and extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. They couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay extra special. Also, the kitchen staff was lovely and prepared a wonderful breakfast each morning! Thanks to all of you for your warmth and hospitality!! We highly recommend Príncipe Real House!!

Liked: The staff really make this property. Hugo met us at the door poured us a glass of port and made us feel very welcome. The property is beautiful very different to hotels we normally stay in, this felt like home from home. Hospitality is first class. Beautiful room better than the pictures. The information the staff provide is so helpful with great recommendations. Angelo and Jon were also on hand to help us with anything we needed. Bottle of complimentary wine in room, port and cake to return after a day out, this small gestures mean so much. Amazing comfy bed and beautiful bathroom huge room (room 3). Exceptionally clean. Thank you to the young lady at breakfast who served us sorry I didn’t get to chat, you seemed very busy but thank you.
Disliked: Nothing. It have everything you could need during your stay.
