Everything was perfect. Our room was ready early. The staff was so wonderful and helpful. The food was delicious and the room was great. Every inch of this place was spotless and perfectly decorated.

Disliked: Didn’t even go in. We sat outside in the car and booked another hotel. There were 3 people smoking crack on the corner. Another two people were walking outside the gate pushing a shopping cart with belongings in it. It was not a safe area to be in.

Liked: The staff was amazing, the room was perfect. Amazing food as well , no complaints at all, the staff even called me to make sure I had the perfect night out with my girlfriend. We have been parents for 8months and this was only our second night away from the baby. I was called to confirm details for the candles in my room so that it could be perfectly timed for when we got back from our show.
Disliked: It was amazing.

Disliked: It was a little weird getting into the doors and the elevator was broken. Being on the 2nd floor was a challenge with all our things and birthday surprise gifts. Had help going up at checkin but none leaving. It was a workout.
