Everything was perfect. Our room was ready early. The staff was so wonderful and helpful. The food was delicious and the room was great. Every inch of this place was spotless and perfectly decorated.

Liked: The breakfast was delicious and served hot! The location is within walking distance of the harbor which is nice since parking can be tricky in that area.
Disliked: Nothing was bad but I would recommend more information regarding location of items within the room and instructions for the remote that works the fireplace.

Liked: Just everything about the hotel was lovely. The decor was amazing - lots of amazing carved wood trim, marble bathroom, luxurious linens. Cooked to order breakfast was delicious. Parking included in the cost. Great location convenient to Little Italy and Inner Harbor. Fabulous place! Will definitely return when in the area!
Disliked: There was literally nothing to dislike. Everything was superb!

Liked: Hotel is perfectly located for the main area of Baltimore to reach by foot. Breakfast is being done freshly every morning from a selected menu and was very tasty. Very friendly and helpful staff.
