Disliked: Hidden fees. No towels no wash cloths no extra blankets

I’m definitely staying again!

Liked: Location was great, clean, quiet, staff friendly and helpful with the luggage even after checking out. The room is beautiful and very comfortable.
Disliked: I could hear the stomping sound of the room above.

Liked: Location is exceptional and Great value. Room was clean, staff was very helpful and kind.
Disliked: Sound insulation was bad, had to hear all the voices from next room, besides there was a loud music from the speakers at front yard all day long. Also AC in the room was running loudly, had to turn it off sometime..

Disliked: Location of the bathroom in the 1 bedroom apt was a bit awkward. The stove was slow to heat.

Liked: Location was good. Close to Miami Beach Convention Center
Disliked: Room was partly upgraded. Interior color of blue was very dated and made the room even more dark. Lighting was poor . Toilet issues, TV issues . When you arrive you have to press a buzzer at the gate to be let in. I was raining when I arrived so I did not appreciate waiting to be let through the gate out in the rain. To get to reception , which is not clearly marked, you have to climb two flights of stairs with you luggage . Not a 4 star facility by any stretch of the imagination . 3 stars at best .
