Exceptional

Great place!

Liked: Amazing place in the heart of Niagara on the Lake. Loved the beds, rooms where clean, and staff was great.
Disliked: The messaging system that Bookings uses was hacked a couple of months after I made my reservation. I received an exceptional number of messages saying that "more information is required to confirm my booking and that it would be cancelled if I didn't reply". The messages went on asking for personal information and credit card details. I contacted both 124 on Queen and Bookings and both said the messages were not from them. Bookings security looked into the messages and after a few weeks the messages stopped.

It was a lovely hotel...

Disliked: Could not get the room as cold as we wanted for sleeping but ended up sleeping fine.

Great! People were great!

Excellent stay, will return!

Liked: Ashish at the front desk gave me a proper 5 star experience upon checking out and recommended a couple local places to get dinner with my wife!
