Liked: Spacious, nice room, good common areas.
Disliked: Breakfast should be added to the price.

A nice experience where you...

Liked: It's a very convenient and efficient option.
Disliked: An indelicate guest stole my burger in the fridge of the common kitchen, but the nice manager helped to check the CCTV and the guest will not be allowed to stay there anymore.

Consistently a solid, safe place...

Liked: The location is easily accessible; due to noise of downtown, the free earplugs are a nice commodity. Personally, I like the fact that it attracts minimal public foot traffic aside from the downstairs coffee/ice cream bar; it's much quieter than some other hostels.
Disliked: The soap smells weird. In the private rooms, we would have preferred at least one shelf or storage bay, as the lockers were tucked in the door area, and not conducive to organization.

Lovely hostel

Liked: This place is absolutely adorable and the bed was super comfortable. Easy walking distance to the downtown restaurants and even union station if you can handle a little extra walking. They have a coffee and ice cream shop in the lobby that is so delicious. I highly recommend the coffee ice cream and hot latte with cookie butter flavor.
Disliked: A little extra furniture or storage piece for clothing would have been nice to tidy up. Maybe even a clothing rack.
