Good value well run hotel....

Liked: Excellent location in downtown Huntsville. Many bars and restaurants within a short walk. Hotel staff welcoming efficient and very helpful. One of our party required medicine couriered from Calfifornia - dealt with by staff on arrival at hotel and delivered to room. Great experience. Thanks very much.
Disliked: Nothing to criticise. We didn't use the bar or restaurant so can't comment.

Liked: Gym was great! Property was clean
Disliked: As I had separate bookings for different nights due to a block wedding booking, it was disruptive to keep getting the room key re-activated.Each time the staff wanted to see ID and also the credit card again for charging holds… even though they had the credit card at the start of the stay. The computer systems clearly need to be updated to take this into account.

Liked: Beautifully styled hotel in the centre of town. Range of restaurants and bars around although Ona Sunday very few open. Staff lovely and valet service great. Excellent coffee in the room and comfortable reading chair

Liked: Beautifully designed Hotel. Perfect location, right downtown near all the great restaurants.
Disliked: They didn’t have any soap or shampoo in the bathroom. They did not have any coffee or tea supplies. Only some decaf. It’s as if someone forgot to stock up the supplies before our arrival. I only stayed one day so I didn’t get a chance to request these items.

Liked: Location was great! We were able to everything we could want! Staff was friendly and kind. They were able to quickly get us checked in and explained all the amenities to us so we could really enjoy our stay. We ended up at the rooftop bar and like our drinks. Room was clean and nice and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
