Liked: Great location, very clean, exactly what I was looking for. Walking distance to the centre if this is what you are after. Booking in advance is recommended,
Disliked: Parking can be a bit tricky but there is alway a space on the street or just around the corner so not a big deal. Beds are very soft so be aware.

Liked: The location was great within easy walking distance to the city.The bathroom had the best shower on our trip to NZThe bed was good and quite comfortable We would stay here again.
Disliked: The bottom floor rooms are quite noisy as the heavy doors bang loudly with people entering and leaving the building. Therefore I would book a room on one of the higher floors next time.

Disliked: 2nd stay was a 2 bedroom. Chairs need repair, heater in bathroom didn’t work, arm rest on sofa was brokenConcrete one one outdoor chair and what looked like tin tuna
