Shop around, much better value...

Liked: We needed somewhere to stay and it was close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: Bedroom and bathroom way too small. Wifi was really slow, like it was throttled and even worse (unsuable) with iPad. Very noisy neighbourhood and adjacent rd. Absolute minimum effort with everything, shop around, much better value in Chch than this.

Disliked: Possibly could have been a little quieter (traffic) but did not really affect me.

Great for an overnight stay

Liked: Nice and clean, modern, comfy bed, awesome shower, great location
Disliked: The road noise. The toilet had trouble flushing after the third use during the morning, it backed up but came right before we left.
