Disliked: I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. First, I requested a coffee at 11 a.m., but was told it wouldn’t be available until 12—a delay that’s unacceptable for a five-star establishment. The following morning, I was woken up by a fire alarm that went off by mistake, yet no staff member offered an apology for the disruption.Later that day, I returned to my room at 4 p.m. to find it hadn’t been cleaned, and no one ever came to clean it that day. Additionally, I had booked an airport transfer through the hotel, but they arranged for the wrong destination. This mix-up forced me to pay double the agreed rate and nearly caused me to be late for my flight due to the added distance.

Mixed Feelings and Treatment at...
Liked: The location is close to the tube station and there are shops for food and drinks around it.
Disliked: This is a mixed review as the internet was spotty the entire time. I sought help from the concierge and he had no internet access and this was at 9 in the morning. My last day there my shower emitted a horrible smell and I contacted the front desk and they sent someone who had little smell -why send someone who couldn’t smell how bad it was to do this job!!The final straw was that they had an event held that was loud with music and instruments that I wasn’t told about. I called down to find out why it was so loud as I was trying to sleep due to an early flight the next day. The receptionist I got was snotty and asked for my name and room number-why would an outsider call in it. Tells me that the event, on a Thursday night l, wouldn’t be over until 22:30. I called back and a new one said that the manager was looking for a room for me. News to me and it was now 21:00-so not changing. Earlier in my stay they let us know about a fire alarm test at 11:00 a.m. but couldn’t alert to a loud musical event????Seriously it’s a 1/2 goof and 1/2 horrible experience, especially for the price they charge.
