Exceptional!

Liked: It exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We received a very warm welcoming with very attentive staff who took care of us every step of the way. Our stay was lovely and we would highly recommend! The breakfast was lush, we loved the buffet style and wide range of options available, one of the best in London!
Disliked: Can’t fault anything, it exceeded our expectations!!
