Liked: The staff we great , very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fine, and my boys enjoyed the pool table and darts.Room was clean and beds comfortable.
Disliked: We had no hot water in the sink or shower . We were woke up early Thursday morning due to fire alarm fault.

Disliked: Parking was difficult. Though I paid £ 7.00 per night for an outsider who provided the parking facility was not satisfactory.

Disliked: We had quite a long wait to get into our rooms not ideal after travelling. Felt a bit uncomfortable having to go to reception to ask for a drink at the bar so chose not to in the end
