Liked: I liked the location very easy to find bees knees and spoons.
Disliked: The shower door was hanging off. Very uncomfortable and dangerous when having shower. The wardrobe was very dangerous as my partner nearly got stuck inside as there was no room

Disliked: Putting me and my family on the top floor, constant banging from 3am till 5 left less to be desired. the family room was extremely small and walls paper thin. Staff nice and friendly. Went in the shower and was leaking all over the floor and the sink wasn't fit for purpose about the size of shoe box. Wasn't the best, but I'll never forget it unfortunately for all the wrong reasons.

Disliked: The Room was very small for a family of 4 there was quite a large gap under the bedroom door we had to put a towel across to stop the draft and to stop the hall light shining threw at night it’s certainly not upto fire door standards there was a high pitched screeching noise in the early hours of the morning I can only assume was coming from the heating system it’s very dated and could do with a upgrade and pay more attention to detail In the dining room there’s a small step my son daughter and two elderly women tripped as they came in this needs to be highlighted more and the signs need to be on both sides when entering and leaving incase there’s an accident
