Mediocre hotel for the price....

Liked: Room was comfortable and well appointedLocation was convenient
Disliked: Hard to get in and out to our room - required special electronic keys and walking through multiple hallways and stairsParking was really poor experiencePoor signageOur access to our room was cut off 45 minutes before check out time. Staff said this was their policy.

Everything I was hoping for

Liked: Great price, very nice room, and very kind staff
Disliked: The Aircon was malfunctioning (meaning we couldn’t adjust it ourselves and had to ask the staff). But I guess it’s a punctual issue, so I still think our stay was amazing

Fantastic stay in beautiful heart...

Liked: Clean comfortable modern facilities and great location. Excellent helpful reception staff.
Disliked: Turkish shower a little hard to operate.
