Loud and tiring

Disliked: The bathroom and windows had black mold. The old single pain windows made it easy to hear every outside noise. A club nextdoor played music which was audible in the room, until 2AM. Staff was notified and said there wasn’t much they could do except offer a free breakfast.

Great location.

Liked: Location was great and easy accessible Downstairs in breakfast area was nice and cosy.
Disliked: The bathroom was tiny as and not alot of room to move.The beds where slightly uncomfortable and crunchy.

Disliked: The window of my room (302) was directly above The Secret Garden Restaurant (which is located at ground level behind the hotel)and the music was non stop until 0130am. It was loud enough (even with the window closed)to keep me awake. I waited until midnight to see if it stopped at the online stated closing time (I.e midnight) but it didn’t. So at 0030 I called reception to ascertain if this was normal. They replied that they would have a word with them, but the music continued unabated until 0130am. I stayed for two nights over a Wednesday and Thursday. The second night was the same.
