Great position for attractions and...

Liked: The staff were friendly. It was near to tubes. Walking distance to Royal Albert Hall. Included breakfast.
Disliked: Not suitable for someone with poor mobility. My Mum struggled to get up the front steps. The rooms could you with a refurbishment. Our radiator did not work, it was cold, although my Mums room radiator worked and her room was warm. Bathroom is small, would be no good for the larger person. Breakfast had plenty of choice, but food was only lukewarm. I like my food hot.

Passable for one night, but...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable, the mattress has seen better years. The installations are dated: carpet was stained, blinds look dirty, and you need to play a bit with the bedroom door to close it properly. Overall, I reckon the pictures are not 100% accurate. I wouldn’t stay again.

Do not book this hotel....

Liked: Nothing so chose not to stay and left
Disliked: Pictures on site are not of property. Property is not up to standard beds extremely old and sunk in. Room dirty. Carpet in room had iron burn through to base board. Shower and bathroom not at all as portrayed on pictures. Hotel did not feel safe

Disappointing and not worth £150!!!...

Disliked: Basement room- no natural lighting making it very dreary. Springy mattress very uncomfortable Dirty kettle Extremely noisey, 4am from reception or another room. Walls are extremely thin

Disliked: Room was in a basement below dining area. Very noisey. Very cramped. General toilet at reception was filthy dirty, sink door hanging off.

Lovely stay

Liked: Location was perfect! Staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable- outdated but that didn’t bother us!
Disliked: Nothing everything was fine
