Fabulous hotel

Liked: I love this hotel. It literally has everything you need and more. Staff are so nice as well. The lady who did the turn down service at night was just the loveliest woman and the front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming without being in your face cloying.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: - Beautiful hotel, comfortable and spacious room. - Friendly staff, super helpful concierge. - I had a specialty cocktail (“The 1”) at the lobby bar and it was delicious!- Themed decorations and menu items for the Eras Tour created a fun atmosphere building on the excitement all over the city.
Disliked: - When asked about my arrival time I told them I would be arriving in the city early, so an early check in would be appreciated but I understand it cannot be guaranteed. When I arrived, the room was not even ready at the guaranteed time and I had to wait even longer.- There was a construction site outside my room - although not constant noise, there was some noise that started at 6am Saturday morning. - In my pre-check in message I was told about the yoga every Saturday morning. I was excited about that because I stayed only one night, Friday to Saturday, and thought it would be a great way to exercise before starting on my trip back. I packed workout clothing just for this. At the hotel itself all the signs said Sunday, and when I asked this was confirmed; there is no yoga or any other exercise class on Saturdays. - The mini bar is well-stocked, but therefore there is no fridge space to keep personal items cold.
