Liked: Lynn was an outstanding host! She went out of her way to assist us and attend to our every need. The included breakfast's were delicious. The property is well located -- less than a five minute walk to downtown Magog. Our stay could not have gone better.

Liked: The breakfast was except each day. Coffee, fresh fruit, and a tender warm croissant. Followed by beautifully presented eggs or filled crepe, depending on the day.
Disliked: It is hard to give anything to improve on because the stay exceeded my expectations of a B and B stay. Lyn and her family were welcoming, helpful and quiet hosts. The home and gardens were well kept and a joy to be in.

Liked: The location of À L'Ancestrale B&B was perfect, just a short walk from the town centre of Magog, great restaurants and stores. Lynn and Eric were the perfect hosts, their warmth and hospitality made it feel like we were visiting friends rather than just any old hotel. They were especially welcoming to our 2 year old son and made him feel right at home, so much so that he did not want to leave. The B&B is very clean and the breakfast that Lynn made was abundant and delicious. We would definitely recommend À L'Ancestrale B&B and can’t wait to visit again.

Liked: The property was very close to restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and the cooling system inadequate. The hot water in the shower was only warm at best. There was no night light for the bathroom and the bedside lamp didn't work. Had to wake my husband to turn on his light, so I wouldn't trip in the dark.
