A memorable place to stay...

Liked: Staying at Amour et Amiti is a unique and memorable experience. The B&B is located within a few minutes' walk of the lovely waterfront park on Lake Memphremagog and the Rue Principale, which is the epicenter of restaurants in town. Renald and Jose are very personable and attentive hosts, and quite interesting to talk to. The atmosphere is laid-back, with lots of places to sit in shaded gardens that surround the house. The room we stayed in was quite spacious and equipped with a refrigerator and coffee maker. Breakfast was delicious, thanks to Jose's skill in the kitchen, with a choice of omelet or crepe with fruit. Having breakfast outside on the porch was delightful. We received great value for the money at Amour et Amitie. Strongly recommend.
Disliked: A bit noisy at times since the B&B has a busy road on one side and lots of trucks go by during daytime - construction is booming in Magog!
